amchara-juicery.myshopify.com is a site operated by Amchara Juicery Ltd. We offer residential health retreats, online consultations and functional medicine tests.

Amchara Juicery Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 07751531 and have our registered office at 1 Royal Terrace, Southend-On-Sea, Essex, United Kingdom. Our main trading address is Bindon Country House, Langford Budville, Wellington, Somerset TA21 0RU.

Health Conditions and Contra-indications:

If you are taking any medication then please consult with your doctor before starting our juice cleanse programme as it may not be suitable or safe for your current health status or health condition.

Our juices are fresh and unpasteurised and not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women due to the contamination risk of harmful bacteria in unpasteurised juices. 

Our fresh juices are prepared in a commercial kitchen that handles nuts and are not suitable for those with nut allergies due to the risk of contamination or illness such as anaphylactic shock.

Some of our juices contain celery and we cannot be responsible for any reaction you have to any allergens in our products. Please check the ingredients for each juice cleanse on our website before ordering our service.

Refunds & Cancellations

Once your delivery is complete, your juices and soups are your responsibility. This includes if the order has been left in a safe space/concierge that you have notified the courier of.  It is your responsibility to inspect your delivery as soon as it has arrived.  In regards to any issues or defects, contact us immediately - within 3 hours of your completed delivery time.  If it has passed this time frame, you will be deemed to have accepted the package and we reserve the right to reject a refund or replace your purchase.
Due to the nature of the short shelf life of the product, we do not accept returns.
For cancellations, contact us before a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date. This also includes if you want to make any changes to your order. 
Amchara Juicery is not responsible for any disruption, delays or issues that arise once the package has left our facility and is in the hands of the third-party courier.
We must receive full cleared payment of your order before we can dispatch your goods. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We will not be held liable or responsible for delays or non-delivery should your payment be rejected by your card issuer.
